New website. New branding. New case studies. New team members. New capabilities. New office. Over the past 12-months, Feel Good has undergone a powerful transformation, powered by a bold vision to ignite positive change in the world with amazing learning experiences.

You may have noticed we have a new look and feel. Like many organisations over the last 24-months, Covid has sparked a wave of change; transforming people’s work dynamics and causing a new set of challenges.

This has required us to take a radical new approach to meet these demands; diversifying our solutions and taking an innovative approach to transforming our service offering for organisations.

Our new gradient branding represents this transition from crisis into innovation. Overnight we moved from delivering in-office learning workshops to transforming our offering into a virtual, interactive learning experience, using theatre to maximise engagement and reduce Zoom fatigue.

However, mental health became the second global pandemic. We were in a state of crisis; with anxiety and mental health reaching record levels. Leaders were faced with a new set of challenges which required them to lead differently.

This required a bold new vision to support people’s wellbeing & resilience. Organisations and leaders needed to fundamentally transform their approach to work, with wellbeing being fundamental to how they support their people through the pandemic.

So we got to work. We overhauled our virtual workshop experience by bringing in award-winning west-end theatre director Katie Henry who helped us ‘bring theatre to the boardroom’.

Our content team developed a host of new workshop titles aimed at burnout, remote working, building connections virtually and managing individual & team emotions. We lifted our on-demand offering by partnering with leading e-learning platform eloomi and built a cutting-edge leadership, the Future-Now programme – in just 8-weeks.

Through these challenges we are proud to have designed and delivered some of our most inspiring pieces of work:

  1. The iLead Leadership Development Programme for 1,000+ leaders at Sopra Steria
  2. Using elite sports coaching to get 13,000 employees walking at Johnson Matthey
  3. Uplifting lockdown morale in just 6-weeks at Baker McKenzie
  4. Uniting colleagues with theatrical learning during Covid-19 for WPP

To support the HR community & organisations through the height of lockdown, we launched our New Norm Podcast series; interviewing wellbeing champions and workplace revolutionaries on how they were supporting their people through lockdown.

Additionally, we ran a 6-week sprint of free workshops so peers leading teams & organisations in isolation could come together and learn practical strategies and & solutions to support their people.

Supporting & growing that community, hearing about the positive impact it was having during a challenging time for the HR community themselves, inspired us to develop a bold new vision for the future of Feel Good and the world around us.

We are a wellbeing & resilience consultancy obsessed with making positive change in the world. As our CEO Leanne Rigby says, “Everything is possible.” With the right people, environment, creative inspiration and support – we do truly believe that we can make a difference to people’s lives.

This is why we are hosting a free event for World Mental Health day; where we are inviting the UK’s thought leaders; academics and wellbeing experts to share stories, debate, challenge and discuss what this looks like and how organisations can move towards more effective strategies and solutions to ensure inclusive cultures and help curb global mental health inequality

It’s why we are committed to helping reverse climate change within our new office in Camden, our team’s carbon footprint, and co-creating a world-changing climate & wellbeing project with our clients. The building of this new website, by Lobo Creative, resulted in the planting of 1000 trees.

Based on the challenges that lie ahead, as we transition to a hybrid-working model for the foreseeable future, the Feel Good team have developed a brand new Sharpen Your Edge programme for 2021/2022, built from the ground up to reflect this next chapter of work.

Our new Mental health training for leaders empowers leaders to build awareness and acceptance into the foundation of their teams’ culture.

Our new Coaching solutions come from a uniquely holistic perspective; with options for Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coaching, Performance Coaching, and Emotional Crisis Coaching.

The Return to the workplace series directly supports your people with live interactive workshops on Return anxiety and how to tackle it, how to have courageous conversations, how to redesign your new life in this new norm, how to prevent burnout, and how to make effective use of your time.

We are experts in the psychology of people. The world’s leading brands depend on us to come to the table with creative solutions to their people-challenges. Our cognitively diverse team of experts provide different perspectives to problem solving allowing us to bring unique solutions to our client’s complex challenges.

Like Ikea, who came to us to help them bring their customers back into their 24 stores. We curated a series of in-store wellbeing events; or British Business Bank, who were committed to bring wellbeing to the forefront of their culture where we designed a holistic, 12-month wellbeing programme to support their people during the period of Covid loans while their organisation grew at rocket-speed.

Feel Good isn’t another wellbeing provider – we are your strategic thinking partners. We first understand challenges and set about curating amazing experiences that shift people’s thinking and bring business value. Yes we do workshops and support learning but in a way that engages and has impact. We ignite a storm to quietly change your world, Welcome to Feel Good. We hope you will join the movement to change the world with our bold new vision behind our new look and feel.
