Our 121 coaching sessions offer 3 different types of support; with either Wellbeing & Lifestyle Coaching, Performance Coaching, or Emotional Crisis Coaching using a uniquely holistic perspective.
Bringing together expertise in nutrition, psychology, mental health, sleep, and movement, our expert coaches will work with your people to explore where they sit within the situation and jointly come up with creative alternative options for responding or reacting to what is happening with confidence.
The sessions are confidential so your people can be open & honest to talk about whatever they’d like. Expect a friendly face in a non-judgmental space. The coach will support goal setting and positively moving forward.
