BIO
Eileen is an Organisational Psychologist, Executive Coach, HR Consultant, and the Founder of The Art of Career. She has an active Executive Coaching practice across a diverse client base in terms of seniority, job function, career stage, cultural background, and coaching topics.
Eileen has a unique mix of business and human resource experiences gained from working at local, public, and private global companies. Nominated thrice as a high-potential talent by 3 different employers, Eileen completed her leadership training at Stanford University and the University of Michigan, both of which gave her first-hand experience and insights when designing a similar program with the INSEAD faculty, in her capacity as Talent Partner at Thomson-Reuters. During her time at Thomson-Reuters, Eileen led the design of a High Potential Development program for New Managers in the Asia Pacific offices of Dimension Data and co-led the TR program. Eileen also designs HR content & facilitates workshops for Korn Ferry as well as Franklin Covey on 7 Habits of Highly Effective People & People Skills for Project Management.
She is passionate about spreading the adoption of applied psychology in both social and organisational settings by collaborating with solution providers, business owners, and talent leads on various people programs.
