Benedict Lim is the CEO & Chief Psychologist of IGROW, an award winning psychological consulting firm that specialises in Leadership, Employee Mental Well-being, Engagement, and High Performance. He has accumulated more than a decade of experience working with corporations, large and small, across different industries. In his work, he is required to consult, counsel, coach, and train individuals and organizations in building their Psychological Capital, and live the best possible life. As a result of his vast experience, he is highly sought after to impact the corporate world through workshops, talks, work-life coaching, and psychological strengths & talent profiling.
Being a strong advocate of contributing back to the community, he readily accepts invitations amidst his hectic schedule to meaningfully impact and touch lives through the various community outreach efforts and initiatives. Benedict has presented in many international and national conferences such as the prestigious TEDx event and featured on national media such as 938Live, documentary on Channel 5, SME Magazine, amongst the different newspapers. Benedict holds a Master of Social Science degree (Counselling) from the University of South Australia and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology majoring in Counselling. His areas of interests are in Business Strategy, momentum-based coaching, Building Psychological Capital, Happiness at Work and Life, Workplace Stress, and leading with Emotional Intelligence.
