Wellbeing isn’t just about avoiding burnout or stress. It’s about noticing what helps you feel energised, fulfilled, and able to bring your best to both work and life. This session helps participants shift their thinking from “wellbeing as a nice-to-have” to “wellbeing as a daily practice” – something that can be built, sustained, and adapted over time.
We’ll explore the values and habits that underpin wellbeing (like alignment between what matters to you and how you work, maintaining energy through sleep, movement, and mindset, and building supportive relationships), the barriers that can get in the way, and the small, practical changes that can help you thrive. Using reflection tools, peer discussion, and simple planning techniques, participants will leave with a clearer sense of how to protect and grow their wellbeing, no matter the pressures they face.
Your people will learn:
-
Identify and strengthen the core habits that support sustainable wellbeing.
- Align values with day-to-day choices to create a greater sense of meaning and balance.
-
Practise small, achievable actions that build wellbeing into everyday work and life.
