As part of this, we will revisit the learnings from previous sessions where we explored different areas of wellbeing, introduce techniques based in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) for managing the syndrome effectively, and will conclude by discussing workplace boundaries and sustainable ways of working, ensuring long-term resilience and performance.
