With the return to the office now being a reality, it is time to reimagine the way we think about our energy levels and wellbeing. By now, many of us have already experimented with different tools to stay focused, motivated, and maintain a connection. However, despite our best efforts, many are still feeling depleted, stressed, anxious, lost, or simply de-energised.

Learn the neuroscience that explains why you may still be struggling. Understand why it’s ok not to be ok, and create a recovery map that works for you. This interactive workshop will explore techniques to help soothe and empower you when you’re feeling down, worried, lonely, pressured or simply, not 100%.

Learn how to make space for difficult emotions, and reconnect with the tools that energise and support you. See this as an opportunity to connect with yourself on a deeper level, and build self-compassion and resilience. You’ll be equipped with the tools to overcome pressures and worry, focusing on the steps we can take as individuals and as a collective to support those who may be struggling mentally, emotionally or physically at this time.

Moving our focus onto what we can control will enable us to positively reframe concerns and feel empowered to support others.

Key learnings:

  1. Tools to help you move from anxiety and depletion to ease and hope
  2. Map out your unique recovery toolbox
  3. Strategies to empower you to best support others who may be struggling with their mental health
