BIO
Nikita has over 10 years’ experience as an Occupational Psychologist and is a leading expert in personality and assessment. He specialises in personality coaching, one-to-one sessions and group work to team development, to increase awareness and appreciation of individual differences. His main client base are financial services, law firms and start-ups.
Nikita has worked across different Psychometric companies, including Hogrefe and SHL Nikita has contributed to the development of innovative assessments and delivered psychometric qualifications. Working with different stakeholders ranging from Space Agency to Investment banking, to make sure that they got the most value out of using psychometric assessments.
He also lectures at top business schools to help MBA students to take the most from their degrees.
Nikita’s aspiration is to share the goodness of psychology with a wider audience, be it through consulting, talking at conferences and industry events, writing books or through stand-up comedy.
