Jill Williams is a highly experienced Organisational Psychologist who specialises in driving performance and resilience through a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. Her extensive experience in high-performance, fast-paced business environments across commercial sectors has honed her expertise in leadership, social dynamics, and organisational wellness.
Jill’s approach to facilitation is rooted in the latest research, which she translates into simple, pragmatic day-to-day practices. An advocate of mindfulness and a yoga enthusiast, she embodies the principles she teaches.
Her work is characterized by a strong commitment to transforming work cultures into more human-centric and inclusive spaces. Jill is adept at guiding leaders and organisations through cultural evolution, promoting positive change, and maximising individual and collective resilience and impact.
Jill’s academic background includes an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of London, Birkbeck College, and a BSc in Psychology from the University of Durham. Additionally, she holds accreditations in transformational coaching, cognitive behavioural coaching, and counselling skills.
Based in London, Jill’s 15 years as an HR Director and Consultant span various sectors, including public sector, technology, professional services, and retail.
